This is a large house on a tree lined street which could be 20 miles from the cebtre but is in fact less then 2 miles. RAeally close to the Uplands shops and bars with easy access into City Centre / Swansea University or Singleton Hospital.

The room overlooks the garden at rear of property and there is the option to use a separate room for watching TV / working also in the kitchen / living area.

It is a really quiet and peaceful house with, sometimes with an additional guest from airbnb.

Can take 7 days a week or flexible with Mon-Fri on room.
