The property is a two bed end terrace with parking for 2 cars (tandem so some communication is needed but easy to manage) and garden. Located in the heart of Mere Green with shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance and good transport links.

Four Oaks station (free Parking) is a three min drive or 15 min walk away. Very regular service into Birmingham New Street or Lichfield. 23 mins train ride into Central Birmingham. New Street.

Shared use of the living space - Lounge, Dining room, kitchen, bathrooms and garden. Not en-suite but the room is right next to the bathroom. Bedding provided and laundered . Happy to share Wi-Fi code.

I do have a cat but he’s very friendly and no trouble.

Bit about me. I work in Finance in central Birmingham. I enjoy all the usual things. socialising with friends, gym, nights out.
