There are 3 uni students living there now, and 1 of them is moving on next academic year. So one room is becoming available from 1st September.

It is a fully furnished first floor flat with 3 double bedrooms, double glazing and electric heating.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery , iron, etc.
Each bedroom contains a double bed & mattress, curtains, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Each room has its own lock and smoke alarm.
The bathroom has a bath, electric shower, and sink. There is a separate toilet.

Location:
Approx 6-8 mins walk to Worthing train station. From here it is just a 7 minute train journey to Goring-by-Sea station which is 6-8 mins walk to the university - Durrington campus.

Alternatively there is a bus stop 5 mins walk away where you can take a bus to the university in approx. 15 mins.

The flat is a 10 minute short walk to Worthing town centre with its many shops, pubs, cinemas, theatres, etc. There are also handy nearby shops (eg Tesco) & takeaways, etc. Opposite the flat is an attractive tree lined park.

Double room and all communal areas: £495 pcm

High width boadband wi-fi is included in the rent.

Utility bills are managed and paid in equal shares by the tenants

Full-time higher education Students are entitled to council tax exemption throughout their continuous studies.
