This student accommodation is up there as the best student accommodation in Aberystwyth. Your Ensuite comes with a 4ft small double bed, study desk & chair, wardrobe and drawers, and private bathroom. and a beautiful, modern shared area to get to know your new flat, and cook. The building itself is endlessly charming and contains a laundry room and free wifi access. Utility bills are included.

This Silver en suite single room is located right on the seafront and is within walking distance from the university campus, supermarkets and hospital. Not to mention a ten-minute walk from the center of town, five minutes from the biggest club in Aberystwyth (Pier Pressure), and four minutes from the most incredible fish and chip shop in all of Wales.

It is also completely sold out on the official Alexandra hall website. However, because of personal reasons, I will no longer be attending university at Aberystwyth. And therefore it is my responsibility to find a new, suitable tenant to take my place.

I can also tell you from my own experience that Aberystwyth is a wonderful town for students. It's welcoming and charming and not to mention fun. with its fair share of pubs and bars.
