Double bedroom in a spacious, part-furnished two bed-flat less than 10 minutes walk from both Nunhead and Brockley stations. At the edge of Zone 2, it has great transport links to Victoria (16mins from Nunhead), Blackfriars (17mins from Nunhead), and London Bridge (10 mins from Brockley).

The flat itself is the middle flat in a Victorian terrace and the bedrooms have double beds and wardrobes. The kitchen comes with a gas oven and hobs, as well as a washing machine, microwave and a large fridge freezer. There is a large shared living room with bookshelves and a pair of sofas.

Telegraph hill park is just moments away and has great views over central London as well as a couple of tennis courts. Brockley offers a range of cafes and bars but with Peckham a short distance away by bus or train there is plenty of access to great pubs and restaurants.

I'm a young professional who works in the city. I am clean, tidy, and quiet but am also pretty relaxed. My old flatmate is moving abroad for work but I really like the flat as it is reasonably priced, spacious, and has caused us no issues. As such I am looking for someone to renew the lease with for the next 12 months.
