A lovely bright and sunny, clean good size double room in a two-bedroom flat in a quiet, modern development in Brixton to share with a Welsh social researcher/charity worker and long-term Londoner, who likes music, cooking, eating out, dancing and travel in normal times! Now spent more time walking and appreciating the lovely Brockwell Park on my doorstep, eating out and online dancing.

My partner. (Cuban percussion teacher) is abroad until t least March 2021. I'm looking for someone to share the flat with whilst he's away and beyond. I am currently working from home full-time due to Covid.

As well as the double bed, the room has plenty of storage space with a big wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk and chair. There is also a TV and Sky box. The living/dining room has a balcony, and the kitchen has usual appliances.

The flat has it's own private parking space that is not currently being used, so could be used by the new flatmate if they have a car.

The flat is 7 minutes walk from all the amenities of Brixton, including the tube and the train, 3 minutes walk from Brockwell Park and about a 8/10 minute walk from Herne Hill. Numerous buses, including night buses from West End stop directly outside the development, but we are a good way off the road and undisturbed by noise.

The rent is inclusive of all utility bills, including council tax and broadband.
