About the house:
Lovely furnished new built 4 bedroom house. There's a little garden which is great for summer. The open plan kitchen and living area is lovely and bright and also very generous, like the rest of the house.

About the tenants:
You'll be living with 2 girls and a guy - Alex, Melissa and Rachel, all professionals and all in their late 20s/early 30s. As everyone in London they're all pretty busy during the week and pretty chilled out on the weekends. It's not a party house and we very much want to keep it like that.

Deposit £700

Bills are roughly £55 a month.
Electricity and gas comes every quarter and varies on consumption.
There is also a water bill twice a year.

An agency will be used to go through referencing where small fee will be in place.
