The house is fully furnished and also has some shared kitchen equipment such plates, cutlery etc so all you need is literally yourself and your suitcase! There is a garden to the rear of the house which has a chair and tables for a summer BBQ. and there is also on street parking.

The nearest train station is only a 5-minute walk away from the property and then just a 7-minute train journey into Liverpool City Centre, but if you prefer to take the bus, this will only be a short 15-minute journey also.

RESERVATION PROCESS
To reserve a room either after viewing virtually or in person, we require a £50 holding fee. This secures your room so we can start the application process for you.

MOVING IN
Moving in can usually be done in around a week if all the application process is complete and the room is vacant. Pro rata rent is payable depending on the date you move in. We collect all rents on the 1st of every month. Your deposit is registered with DPS and refunded when you leave providing your tenancy terms have been completed. Our contracts are for 6 months and then they enter into a monthly rolling one.
