Looking for Flatmate for Flat in Battersea.

It’s a beautiful apartment, the room is a bright, double bedroom. The zone 1 location is super central:
- just 2-minutes from Battersea Park
- 4 mins from Battersea Park station
- 6 mins from Queens Town Road Sation
- 10 mins from Battersea Power Station (northern line)

The apartment has lots of dining and relaxing space, and loads of built in storage and desk space in the room. The high ceiling two bedroom apartment has separate bathroom, kitchen, dining and living rooms.

We're looking for a mature, clean and friendly person working full time.

About us (Alex & Madi); together for 1.5 years and working professionals, we both work from home most of the time, but both go out to see friends, and also see family outside of London once a month. We live a mostly quiet, chilled lifestyle but do go out with friends quite a lot. We are not really in a party phase right now, and would prefer someone who also enjoys chill time whilst at home. Would be great to be friends with our new roommate, not just roommates!

This would be a 6 month contract with possibility to extend to 1 year. Ideal move in date would be from 9th November, latest 17th November 2024. Deposit and references required by the agency and final choice of flatmate is the landlords decision, not ours.
