The house benefits from 2 bathrooms (one with bath & shower and one with shower only), large open plan kitchen/diner (all mod cons included) and living area with SKY TV/Netflix and Amazon, as well as a separate lounge. We also have a large back garden with decking which is lovely to sit out on in the summer evenings as well as a hot tub.

We have an additional summer house at the end of the garden, with access to Wi-Fi, which is ideal for any one working from home or remotely.

The house is conveniently located for transport links. Feltham train station is a 8-minute walk away with trains into London (25 minutes to Waterloo, 10 minutes to Richmond), Reading & Windsor. We are also close to all local buses including those direct to Heathrow Airport, and close to the M25, M4, M3. There is also parking available along the road.
We are a 10-minute walk to the High St which has all your usual high street stores and a Tesco & Asda.

You will be living with a gay professional couple in our 40’s and our well trained and friendly dog. We own the house and take great pride in it so we would like you to be considerate, clean and tidy and treat as your home rather than being a tenant.

The room is single occupancy only.
