Room to rent near Walsall Manor Hospital

You will be sharing with a female who is usually busy with work and often away. You will have the house to yourself.

The house is a well presented two bed-roomed house, with living room/dining area and kitchen.

There is a spare medium sized room available, with its own bathroom. There is a single bed with a double wardrobe, large chest of drawers, wall mounted TV, and wooden flooring. All the bills are included.

You will be able to relax in the living room and watch TV; there is free Wi-Fi and Netflix.

Amenities include a separate kitchen with gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer & living room with TV. There is free Wifi with fast broadband and off road parking.

There is a large garden with a patio area and a large swing bench. There is also off road parking. A deposit of £200 is required and fully refundable at the end of your stay. A receipt will be provided.

With regards to location, there is a Morrisons store within a 5 minute walk. Bescot train station and retail park are within a 10 minute walking distance. Walsall Manor hospital and town centre are a mile away. Junction 9 is a few minutes drive. There are several gyms, leisure centres, cinema, retail outlet and town centre nearby.

The room with its own bathroom would be suitable for a mature busy professional person who would be able to come home to a relaxed environment and have space to themselves.
