Looking for a professional lady to share a beautiful 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom flat with near Chiswick, West London in a really nice, friendly and quiet residential area :)

This modern development is just about 6 minutes walk from Chiswick. The building is fairly new built so the flat is very warm throughout the whole year and therefore the bills are quite reasonable.

The flat is very light with big windows, quite modern, there is a balcony too and it's generally rather spacious. It is on the fourth floor and facing west.
The en-suite room is available and it comes furnished or unfurnished and has a built in wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer. There is unlimited Sky Broadband.

The room will be available from around the end of June.

In the development there is a 24 hour concierge service and CCTV. There's a car parking space that is behind closed gates.

The area is really nice and quiet, Chiswick town centre with many bars, shops and restaurants is about 10 minutes walk away, Turnham Green tube station (District line) is also only 8 minutes walk away.
A Tesco Metro is only 5 minutes walk, Kiss Gym (24 hour gym) is 5 minutes walk, Yoga West studio is 2 minutes walk.
Chiswick is just off the M4 so it is very easy to get around by car too.

I'm a professional lady who works part time in Kensington and part time from home and also studies for a diploma. I'm easy going and friendly :)
