Large double room in Peckham

Set on a tree lined street in the popular conservation area of Peckham Rye, this room is the largest in the house and is a generous double that comes furnished with a queen sized bed and ample storage. It has a view over trees and the street with two large sash windows. The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom and a living room which opens up into a dining room, with doors leading to a small patio area.

In terms of location, you simply could not ask for more! Set just off the popular Bellenden Road area which offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants, cafes, a variety of shops and a market.

Local travel is also great with a wide variety of bus links locally as well as the brilliantly connected Peckham Rye Station being just a 5 minute walk away. Trains will take you to London Bridge, Canada Water or London Victoria in 10 minutes and Clapham Junction in 20 minutes. Very convenient for both Canary Wharf and Central London.

We are two girls in our thirties. We are both independent, but sociable and happy to share a bottle of wine with the housemates. Respectable and tidy, but also easy going.

We have a cat in the house and it's pretty essential for us that you are a cat lover.
