Looking for part time living accommodation

Hi. My wife and I run a very successful petsiitting business so we mostly stay at other people’s houses for weeks at a time looking after their pets. We currently live in a rented flat and we are paying for something we rarely use. We are ideally looking for someone with a spare room that could accommodate us when we aren’t working. We are very clean and professional. Not looking for multiple occupancy. Would ideally suit someone that likes a bit of company now and then and a regular income
