I’m a 31 year old professional working in children’s social care, based in South London. I work from home two to three days a week, so I’m looking for a clean, calm home with friendly and respectful housemates.

I’m easy going and sociable, and I also really value my own space. I’m naturally tidy, considerate, and take pride in keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable for everyone. I’m also a Christian, which shapes how I live, with kindness, respect, and consistency.

What I’m looking for
• Minimum stay of 3 months
• A clean, relaxed household with considerate housemates, ideally one other female
• Good natural light and space for a small desk
• South East London preferred, including Forest Hill and nearby areas, but open to other well connected locations

Practical details
• Budget up to £1,000 per month, bills included
• Move in from mid to late April, flexible
• Hybrid working, office based with two to three days working from home
• Non smoker, happy to provide references and proof of income
• I love cats and small dogs, but don’t have any pets
