Professional looking for a double room/buddy up

I'm looking for a spacious room or someone to buddy up with to get a whole property. Hopefully friendly, tidy and clean!

I am a psychological therapist. I will be working from home 3 days a week, so I will need room for a desk and a quiet environment during office hours. Outside those times I love socialising!

My sport is swimming, but I am into anything active. I also enjoy dancing to Latin music, yoga, hiit and I love surfing and hiking. I also enjoy good movies, reading and culture in general... I am up for anything but I'm not really into crazy partying!

I tend to be quite busy, but I also like to be at home just chilling or having a nice conversation. I understand we sometimes just want to be on our own, and I respect people's privacy.

I am clean and I understand that sharing a house means adapting to each other and being respectful. I am looking for someone who also respects others' space.

Ideally, I would like to share with 2 people max. I am looking to move end of May-beggining of June 2024, but I can be flexible with dates. Preferred areas are South Manchester and Stockport. My budget is £675 max, bills included.

I´m currently in Spain on sick leave, so viewings will have to be virtual.
