Looking for a welcoming home for me and my cats

Hi, my name is Sara, very nice to meet you!

I am a FULL time working professional in the REAL ESTATE industry who has 2 cats that need a garden, who likes to stay active with different sports and meeting friends at the pub for drinks and dinners .

I am looking for a double room in a nice, clean home around SE16 and surrounding.

I have been living in Rotherhithe for the past 7 years and would like to stay relatively close as I have all my friends there ! I am very sociable and friendly, but I do like to keep things balanced in a household as sometimes there are days that I just want to keep for myself after a bad day or so.

I am looking for a house with a garden as I have 2 lovely cats that are my inseparable friends . The cats are spayed/ neutered, vaccinated every year and insured . They are mum and son whom I have adopted in 2020 and 2021.

I would prefer a mature household ( not by age but mentality wise) in which there is respect for each others .
I would love to find a double room sharing the home with only 1-2 people if possible .

I would prefer the room to be part furnished or unfurnished as I have just bought a bed and mattress plus I have a few bits and bobs but this can be definitely negotiable .
