Mature Male, 52 Seeks Room In Quiet House.

Hello.

I am looking for a room in a nice quiet house, ideally a live-in landlord or if not a small HMO.

My current landlady is selling the the property so I need somewhere asap.

I am 52 years old and single with no dependants and also a non-smoker and consider myself to be quiet but a friendly, and considerate tenant.

PLEASE NOTE- I am currently unemployed though not through choice as I suffer with a bit of anxiety/depression so looking for an understanding and non-discriminating landlord.

Clearly due to my circumstances, I am entitled housing costs so there is no issue regarding me paying my rent.

I can also pay a deposit upfront if required. as well as provide references if necessary.

I hope someone out there can help me.
