Considerate flatmate, looking for room in Brighton

Hi everyone! I'm Emily, 29 years old working within the cardiac dept at the RSCH.

I'm looking for a new room closer to the hospital - preferably a double unfurnished (I already have some bits and pieces). En suite would be amazing, but I'm more than happy to share.

My budget allows for 500-650 pcm and that would have to be inclusive of bills. I'm frugal and am currently saving for a house deposit so will be looking for places toward the lower end of that budget.

I'm incredibly considerate - I don't slam doors in the morning, don't blast music and I'll clean up after my own messes there and then. I'm tidy, polite and friendly and am up for making friends, not just renting a spare room - I'm also more than happy to live within a LGBTQIA+ household or even a household with pets or children. I tend to visit my boyfriend at the weekend so will really only be about during the week.

My job involves full time work, with occasional overtime. From September, I will be working with the on-call primary PCI service at RSCH (I am part of the cath lab team that treats heart attack patients) and will be required to hold a bleep and may be called to hospital at late/early hours. This is very infrequent (one weekday every 2 weeks, 1 weekend every 2 months) and I'm mindful of others if if I have to get up and leave during the night.

Other stuff about me; I'm vegetarian, love dancing and running (I've run 1 marathon and 4 half marathons!), enjoy going to music festivals/watching live music and playing video games. I love Japanese culture and I'm currently in the process of planning a trip to Japan to visit some of the cities and districts.

Rent is always paid on time - if not that, then early. Would definitely suit a tennancy with a live-out landlord.
