Looking for a Studio or Flatshare (June/July 2024)

Back in the house hunt game, yay!

Recently moved into a studio flat in SW16 to find the only source of hot water in the house is the electric shower, and, although it's deceitful and potentially illegal of them, I don't have the energy to start a battle and would rather put the time into looking for somewhere new either by myself, or maybe with you!

Working in TV Production, generally Mon-Fri, a mixture of WFH and at the offices in Soho/Kings Cross - sometimes working away whilst on shoots.

I am gay - so it would be fun to share with an LGBTQ+ person/household, open to all though!

Lived in Battersea for the past two years, currently in Streatham Hill - but would rather be a little bit closer to 'town' or the Northern Line.

My tenancy ends 1st July, apparently I need to give notice by 1st May if I am planning to leave though so hoping to get something locked in. I have set the budget at £950 but this is flexible depending on the area/quality of house.

Looking for furnished places - or at the very least with wardrobes/bed/drawers. I prefer cleaning over cooking, sometimes watch Eastenders and can often be found at the theatre.

If you have a place to rent or want to find one together - drop me a message. I promise I am actually really nice, just slowly losing my mind trying to find decent/liveable accommodation in this city (I can't be the only person who looks at some of these rooms available and thinks what the....)
