Room wanted in York

Hello!

I’m a 25 year old young professional and I’ve been living in York since 2014. I’m currently renting in a HMO in Fishergate, where I have been living since July 2019, and I’m looking to upsize and find a more long term, secure home.

I’m currently working at nestle but I’m working home due to the pandemic, and ideally would like to live somewhere within walking/cycling distance to the city centre and/or Nestle on Haxby Road.

I am looking for a furnished or unfurnished room, but more importantly I’m looking to live there with someone I can consider a friend. I am a bubbly, friendly person but equally enjoy my own company and respect others’ privacy.

Extra notes/requirements
• would like access to kitchen to do my own cooking, cleaning, laundry etc
• would like enough floor space to do yoga as I do this every day
• would love to rent somewhere with a bath
• would prefer to live with one or two other people maximum
