Buddy-up for four bed house in SW London
Hey, I'm a 24 year old professional that works in the city looking for three others to buddy up with to join me in large modern house share in Southwest London. I've found some gorgeous four bed houses in Clapham/Balham/Fulham, I'm looking for three people happy to buddy up and join me to view (remote or in person, doesn't matter). They have no more than 2x people per bathroom, some have an ensuite, one room even had a walk-in wardrobe. Your budget would need to be £850 - £1,000 per month for rent alone, you would need to be tidy and considerate of others (but fun to hang out with), and you would be relatively flexible on move-in date between mid-Aug to mid-Sept 2020.
OK, about me: like a good drink, although keep me away from too much wine lol; like driving my car; like cycling and playing basketball; like house plants - recently learned how not to kill them; I like to think i'm friendly (maybe too friendly, who knows); like a good bit of sarcasm; would rather a boozy picnic or sh*ts and giggles at home than the pub for the foreseeable future; probably too clean and tidy for my own good; sometimes I exercise?
