Looking for double Balham/Tooting

Hi,

I'm Jo, working in Marketing in London looking for a double room close-ish to Balham/Tooting/Colliers Wood/Morden station.

I've lived in Balham for 6 years, but the landlord decided to renovate the flat and up the rent (joy) so I've moved out and am hoping to move back to Balham/ Tooting (anywhere past Clapham on Northern line).

I work in marketing for a university, and my role is hybrid, so will need to be able to wfh a couple of days a week (in my bedroom is fine), as well as in the office. I go to the gym a couple of times a week and sometimes visit friends/family at weekends.

I appreciate being at home with people I get on with - the whole "have my own life but enjoy a house that's a home" piece.

I've lived in houseshares, am clean and tidy and respect peoples' need for space. I'm looking to live with other professionals who have a similar outlook, who are friendly and easygoing.

It would be great to hear if you think I might be a good fit for a room!
