Professional, Clean & Respectful – 1 Night/Week.

Hello,

My name is Sean. I’m a 39-year-old professional working in the fashion industry. I split my time between two roles — one in London and one in Birmingham — and I’m usually based in the West Midlands, commuting to London a couple of days each week for work.

I’m looking for a comfortable, homely place to stay one night per week, usually on a Tuesday. My schedule is generally very consistent, so it would normally be the same night each week, with only occasional changes if work requires it.

Because I’m only in London briefly during the week, I’m a very low-impact housemate — typically arriving in the evening after work, staying overnight, and heading off again the following morning. I’m very respectful of other people’s homes and always keep shared spaces clean and tidy.

I’m friendly, considerate and easy to live with, and I appreciate a relaxed and respectful home environment. I used to live in London, so occasionally I might meet friends for dinner or a drink while I’m in the city, but most of the time I’m simply looking for a calm base to unwind after work.

Ideally I’m looking for somewhere with a live-in landlord or housemate, in a clean and easygoing home.
