We are both furniture designers looking to rent a room in central London, we both work centrally and are looking for a flat to walk to work from. We are clean, tidy people who are just starting ourcareer in London so we will be hoping to be busy with work but would like somewhere clean and calm to come home to in the evenings!
We are able to provide references for the last 3 years, a deposit up front and if required a credit checked UK based guarantor.
