Currently work in Greenford, office based

Current landlord is selling their property, no leave date as of yet but1 month notice would be required before i move out.

Ideally I'd like a Double room, Ensuite would be a bonus, with an Armchair or Sofa, or desk/space for gaming chair as I find this a good way to relax after work.

Big sports fan, clean, tidy, non smoker, not a party animal and quite often I'd likely end up in my room relaxing or be out with friends.

Respectful of peoples privacy and would expect the same in return, equally happy to socialise with flatmates.

I do drive so somewhere to park would be good, even if permit required

Would be ideal if it could be somewhere that's more than "just a place i sleep" and be a home.

Am am from the LGBTQ+ community and feel it only right to disclose this as I wouldn't want to live with someone who felt this was an issue.
