Looking for a new place to call home!

Hi there,

I’m Miguel, and I’m looking for a double room, studio, or annexe to rent — somewhere calm and grounded that genuinely feels like home, not just a place to sleep.

I’m in the middle of a life reset after a separation late 2024, and I’m ready to move on from my current shared house into a more peaceful, respectful space. I’m very conscious of energy and atmosphere, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere quiet, considerate, and drama-free — a bit of sanctuary, really.

A little about me: I’m self-employed and split my time between teaching, running spiritually focused retreats, and presenting three radio shows a week. I’m tidy, private, and easy to live with, and I value mutual respect and clear communication. I might be older on paper, but I’ve got a youthful outlook and keep life fairly grounded and balanced.

I’m looking for an unfurnished double room, studio, or annexe, as I have my own furniture. If possible, I’d also love to set up my own internet connection, as I broadcast live radio from home.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, sci-fi, nature, and quiet downtime. I don’t smoke (I do vape), I’m fine with pets, and I treat a home as a shared space to be looked after, not taken for granted.
