Seeking professional house share

Hi,
Im a 36 year old, professional looking for a flat/house share with parking, either private or on street. Would like to live in a friendly, easy going house share but definitely no party flats. I work a fair amount of hours so not going to be in the house a lot but happily be sociable when in.

I've lived in many house shares before, so know importance of keeping place clean etc and definitely not one to leave the dishes lying for days.

My ideal requirements:
Parking - either off street or on street without permit.
No smoking - in the house.
Pets - Like dogs or cats.
Rent - ?600 max per month.

Please no agents or buddy ups.
