Looking for a room in Jesmond/Gosforth until 2028

I am looking for a room in Jesmond or Gosforth to call home, ideally until early 2028 (when I'll be returning to Scotland).

Conscientious and reliable professional, looking for a furnished room with a desk and room key, and with plenty of daylight and storage capacity. Property should have a washing machine and tumble dryer, zero mould or pets, and cycle storage in a locked garage or indoors. Location should be within 12 minutes' walking distance of any metro station between Jesmond and Wansbeck Road, not beyond Jesmond Road in the south or Wansbeck Road / Kenton Road in the west. Max. rent incl. all bills etc. is £652pm / £150pw, on a room-only Assured Shorthold Tenancy. Available to move in at a calendar month's notice.

To give you a brief picture of me, I am a public sector financial auditor and previously researched and taught at university. I am a very conscientious and considerate person, and I enjoy getting to know new people and perhaps making amazing friends. My recent HMO landlord of five years described me as "an exemplary tenant". All my credit scores are in the top two bands, with my Equifax score being in the top band.

The furnished room I'm looking for would need to have a reasonably-sized desk, so I can work from home, as well as generous drawer / wardrobe storage capacity. Due to my duty of confidentiality as an auditor, I need to be able to prevent access to my desk, so I'll need a room key. The room would furthermore need to have plenty of daylight.

I would also need cycle storage for my e-bike, which should be at street level and safe from the elements, either in a locked garage or indoors.

The wider house or flat would need to have a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The property should also be entirely free from mould, and there should be no furry friends (even though I do love them </3).

I'm looking for a place in Jesmond or Gosforth, anywhere between Jesmond Road and Kenton Road / Wansbeck Road. For commuting purposes, the property would need to be within 12 minutes' walking distance of a metro station.
——— BUDGET ———
My maximum budget for rent, council tax, all utilities and broadband is £652 per month, or £150 per week.

I would be happy to accept a room-only Assured Shorthold Tenancy (with shared use of communal facilities). My aforementioned professional duty to preclude access to my desk means that joint tenancies and licence agreements are not an option.

I'm free to move at the end of any calendar month, assuming that I can give one month's notice to my current landlord.
