Prof/nal Male seeks spacious Single or Double room

Hi there!
I'm a professional working in central London as an IT engineer.
A double room is preferred (single bed would be ideally) .. but i can fit in a spacious single room, if i can put my things in (i have a few...not the regular 2 suitcases guy, including a bicycle..)
I'm looking to move from my current share at the end of July / Mid of August and i have a budget of ?600 pcm all bills included.
(good broadband is a must)
I would like to share with males or females, professionals (or even students), who are friendly , clean / tidy, and have respect for the house, the privacy and other housemates.
I'm a friendly responsible/reliable, male who likes a clean and tidy house to live in.
I like socializing but also appreciate people need their own space.
I'm a very easy person to live with and I like to keep my stuff neatly, so literally I'm not leaving even the smallest trace of my existence in the house..

So a house that it's going to feel like home but one that's not party central would be great!
I love animals.. so i don't bother at all if you have any :)
I smoke from time to time.. so If smoking is not allowed inside the house.. i can always check what's the temperature feels like outside of the house... :D
My full time employment (Monday to Friday) is located in central London so i really need to be in short (literally max 10 min's)normal walking (not running/flying) distance to train station.(On Piccadilly or on Central line)
