Hi! I'm a 23 year old soon-to-be postgraduate student at Exeter University, looking for a double room in a nice shared house.
I'm friendly, clean, and tidy, and looking to live with people who will also keep the house relatively clean. I'll be studying an MSc Psychology Conversion starting October 12th but I'm happy to move in either September or October.

I'm looking for a house preferably with a bath and a garden but neither are super important. A washing machine and drier would also be preferable!
My budget of £470 is including bills only. (But if the rent is only £400 with bills excluded for example then that is fine).
