We are inquiring about double en-suite room on behalf of our son (30). He is currently staying in a hotel and is looking for a more permanent long-term arrangement
Regarding the financials, his deposit and the majority of his rent will be covered by RBWM.
Our son prefers a shared tidy place all around including new luxury apartments with facilities all bills paid.
