Full Time Worker Flatmate Available Glasgow

Looking to live in a 2 or 3 bed place with anyone who would be interested
Would prefer to be as close to city centre as possible but would be happy enough as long as train access is no issue.
I am a musician and play guitar fairly often but I am respectful of others during later hours
Work Full time so won't be around the place a lot during weekdays
Smoker
Enjoy a drink and a good time at the weekend but not the type to have people up on too a regular basis
my total budget refelcts my ideal spend for my half of rent, bills, council tax etc
obviously anything below this is ideal
