I am a male PhD student aged 32 looking for a room to rent for August. I am in the situation where I have no place to stay for the duration of August and I would be grateful for any opportunity to stay within the St Andrews/Dundee area while I conduct my summer studies. I am very calm and will be out of the room for most of the day, needing only a place to rest.
