My name is Xavi Prats, I come from Barcelona and I'm looking for a house/flat in Liverpool City centre. I'm actually living in Kensington and I'd like to stay in the same area, but I don't mind to change if the price and the house is good (not Anfield).
I'm looking for something up to 400 pounds monthly with all the bills included. I could sign up a contract for 6 months but I'd rather sign up for three months and then pay monthly. But this is not a problem.
I'm looking for a tidy and clean house with professionals. I'd like to live with English people as I would like to keep improving my English.
About me, I'm 23 years old, I'm working and I love sports (football, climbing, running) and music. I like to spend time with my housemates and hang out on the weekend.
