Young profesh. looking for somewhere to live

Hi! I recently finished my postgrad at KCL and am now working out in Westminster in international development. I'm looking to live (in a double room) with people who are chill, funny, and at least somewhat like-minded. Very interested in building friendships out of living with people. I myself am clean (in an I keep my mess to myself kind of way! But love clean communal spaces for sure!!), quiet, love a good tv binge, reading, cooking, and chatting about current affairs and popular culture. I'd like to be able to have a friend around but beyond that I tend to be a bit of a homebody (it's endearing though I swear) so not looking for every-day-is-a-day-to-party flat but somewhere between that and a quiet one. I'd like to live somewhere (and with people) I'd be proud to take care of!!

I am available to move from now! I have a budget of ?750pcm ideally incl. bills and would love to live somewhere cool and well-connected in Stockwell/Brixton/Oval/Kenning ton/E&C/Camberwell with lots of space (and storage!) and a double bed. I would prefer to share with women between ~18 and 27 years old. I can live with dudes (a dude... the right one...).
I don't know how contentious this is to out and out say but would love to live with PoC, and/or really anyone who can understand and respect why I?d mention this!!!
