Room/ Apartment wanted by IT Director/Consultant

I am looking to relocate back to London and am ideally looking for either a one bed apartment or a Single/Double room in a profession house share .

Unfortunately I recently lost my last director role and as a consequence, will initially need to claim housing costs from the goverment .

(Which I believe for a one bed apartment is circa £245 pw in the areas I am looking to rent eg Canary Wharf etc )..

Also in the interim period while awaiting the first payment . I can manage a small deposit on arrival .

In closing please note I am also extremely respectful of other people's. property having owned properties myself and am happy to supply further details /references in this area on request.
