Looking for a bedsit/1 bedroom flat/flatshare

So... I am 25, female, friendly, outgoing and tidy. I am currently working for a company near Dundee. I will be looking for an accommodation with a contract starting in March BUT, if a good flat opportunity comes earlier than that, I would be interested to hear about it!
I am looking for a bedsit or 1 bedroom flat or 2 bedroom flat to rent. I might consider flat-sharing as well if it's with the right person and if my name is also on the lease. I would prefer a place that is in a central location or near the Dundee city centre and it would have to be double-glazed.
