Room needed near City Centre

I am a 32 year old professional female working in admin for Leicester City Council.
I am looking to share with friendly and sociable individuals, I don't mind how many people live there :) and as long as they clean up after themselves and only smoke outdoors.

In my spare time I paint and read, go gym, attend choir, cinema, meals out or a shopping spree. I don't smoke or drink alcohol but am always up for going pub or coffee with friends and the occasional party.

I work full time 9-5 so will only be at home evenings and weekends. My preferred location is near the city centre or 15 mins walk :D
