Hi potential housemate/housemates!

I have recently accepted a new job in Swindon with the National Trust, which I'm very excited to start in January 2019. As I'm based further up North, I am needing a new place to call home and would much prefer to share with someone or a few people, in or around Swindon. I'm very unfamiliar with the area, and don't know anyone from Swindon, so I'd like to be able to move in to a new house where I can also make some new friends and try to make the best of it! I would be looking to move in latest January 4th.

What I'm looking for:
Either to buddy-up with someone to rent a small house/flat, find someone renting out a room in their house/rented house, or a current house share
A good sized double room, preferably unfurnished however part-furnished is okay. As long as I can make it my own.
Parking & storage space for a bike (preferably indoors or out-of-sight)
A sociable shared living space where we can relax, cook and eat nice food, watch films and entertain.

Who I'd like to live with:
Anyone like-minded who is also working in Swindon.
If we share similar interests - great! If not - as long as it's a sociable house no problem!
Someone who keeps on top of general house cleanliness and tidying.
I'd prefer to buddy-up or share with 1 or 2 people maximum.

What you can expect from me:
Fun, outgoing and sociable housemate who enjoys being active, cooking, going out and watching good films!
I like to live in a relatively clean house. I'm not OTT but like to stay on top of cleaning so it's nice to live in and have friends round.
