im a non smoker and dont drink. like a fairly quiet life. looking for long term full time room to rent with my dog. im house proud and enjoy cleaning and cooking. i can provide refs going years back both from housing association and private. ive never been to prison or convicted of a serious offence. my dog is an older staffy and is an incredible sweet and fun girl but due to her owners before me she cant be around other dogs at all. shes house trained and spayed and happy to be left home alone. the ideal flatmate for us would be someone without pets but doesnt mind them, someone that doesnt smoke and maybe someone at a similar stage in their life, but im open to possibilities
