Place near Salford Quays wanted (max 2 tenants)

please read this and stop messaging me about houses with more than 2 tenants: I am not interested in a shared property that has more than 2 people (it should be only one tenant + me). Also not interested in a room facing a busy road, unless there's some decent soundproofing.

I currently work near Salford Quays tram stop and I am looking for a place in this area, or at least close to a zone 2/blue line tram stop. I have a computer and I'm currently trying to sloooowly learn JavaScript by myself which involves a bit of studying when I can be bothered after work and sometimes during the weekends.

I enjoy listening to music on a pair of good headphones, reading about languages, watching non-hollywood films, random youtube vids and dota 2 tournaments, sports, doing bodyweight exercises (I've been slacking lately tbh), chilling out and socializing from time to time (more of a listener than a talker). I mostly cook my food and I'm trying to expand my cooking repertoire.

I don't enjoy being around people who are not tidy and don't clean after themselves, and people who often bring in guests and talk loudly, especially sunday-thursday after 9-10 pm.
