Room or full property neede by professional couple

We are male and female aged 47(M) and 27 (F) looking for a double room (we are partners). We are available to move from 28/02/2019 and have a budget of up to ?900pcm. Both love making the most of life, be it out with friends or time at home. We are lively but not loud, clean and tidy but not showhouse standard. I (M) love to cook and bake so there would always be something nice to smell and eat. She can be a bit dipsy (in a lovely way) but everyone simply adores her. We would like to share with males and/or females ideally between 21 and 65 years old where we can all live happily as one and not just someone else to share with. We are both animal lovers and do have a dog so you would either have a dog or understand the needs of living with a dog. He is A well behaved fully house trained 1yr old springer spaniel called buddy. If need be we are willing to pay a little more due to having buddy in your home.
We both work wk days and wkends of varying shifts. Lauren works full time as a waitress/barmaid and is semi qualified in massage therapy and part time photographic model, and I work at herons bonsai nursery and also do kitchen fitting carpentru and property maintenance. So if you need work done around the house I'm your man. Along with furniture restoration.
