Room or small apt in central Exeter 01/Feb

Hello, my name is Elisa. I'm 30 and am going to start working at Exeter University as a postdoc in January, (dept. Natural sciences).

I am looking for a furnished room in a small house share or a small furnished apt in Exeter center.
Have been sharing house for years now, so I'm expert in the matter :)
I'm a cooking magician, especially when it comes to Italian food, and love to share my creations. I like wine and sometimes beer. I love to chat and at the same time also need some private moments.

My boyfriend works in another UK town 2.5 hrs by train and would come to visit every other weekend, and I'd do the same visiting him. It's important for me that the house is in town (no near by villages) as I will need to catch trains to Southampton often. I have no car.
