Looking For A Room In Brighton

Hello!

I?ve just started my masters in Human Rights at Sussex. I will be studying full time but will also be working part time. I have a job lined up already so really need to find accommodation! At the moment I?m commuting into Brighton from London/Suffolk where I have family but I?m getting a bit tired of this already...

I?m 28, so not looking to go out every night but that being said I do like to socialise especially with housemates. Also appreciate that everyone needs a bit of time to themselves! I love to cook, travel, read, watch films, attempt to keep my several houseplants alive and I also paint but I imagine I?ll be spending my time mostly studying (at least that?s the plan anyway).

Ideally looking for an unfurnished room although I don?t have a bed at the moment so if one?s available I?d like it! I?m tidy, respectful and friendly. I?m looking for somewhere which feels like home.
