Double En Suite (modern & homely)

Looking for one double room somewhere within easy travel distance to Heathrow.
I’m cabin crew so would be away around 15 days per month if not more.
My boyfriend works from home in Yorkshire the majority of the time only popping to the London office a few times a month so would be a bonus if he was allowed to stay even if I was away working.
We are renovating our future family home so spend most weekends/free time in the North anyway.
I would like to live with trustworthy, clean, house proud, respectful, considerate people in a modern, cosy, homely environment.
As we are doing up our own future family home we appreciate and respect properties that have had time and effort put into them.
My budget is low as I wouldn’t be a typical ‘full time’ resident.
I would like to find somewhere with a landlord/lady who understands our situation and let us stay separately if work commitments required or very occasionally together.
