28 year old Male seeks a single or double room

I am a professional working currently in Manchester city centre but from the Calder Valley. I work 8-4 and am looking to to find a new residence in the Manchester or Calderdale areas, with housemates who are clean, respectful and mindful of late hours.
Recently been based around Levenshulme and around Moss Side so familiar with these area, and with the city centre and Calderdale. Shorter term let's not exceeding £500pm would be ideal in my current situation, as would house or flat shares with people of a similar age, but I am reasonably flexible on this.
Am a relaxed, flexible, straightforward person who enjoys their own space. 28 years old. Vaccinated.
