29 Year-old male looking for room in Exeter

Hi everyone,

My name is Chris, I am 29 years old and looking for a room in a quiet house, potentially to stay in an annex room in Exeter from mid-August 2020. The main reasons I wish to move is to share with a more like-minded housemate and have a bit more space. Ideally I would like to stay with a quiet housemate and within walking/biking distance of the city centre. My max rent that I can afford including bills would be £450 per month and ideally would be somewhere with parking as I also have a car.

I am a friendly and considerate housemate and enjoy going to the gym regularly as well as running and walking on Dartmoor or the South West Coast Path when I can. It would be great to share with a like-minded housemate. I am very easygoing and get on well with most people.
