Double room in South Kensington/Chelsea/Marylebone

Hi, I’m a professional looking for a double room in zone 1 or 2. En-suite and/or a terrace would be a dream, but not a dealbreaker. My Ideal areas are Nine Elms, Battersea, St John's Wood, Chelsea, Marylebone or South Kensington. Surrounding areas and other Zone 1 locations are fine too. I’m looking to move by end of Jan 2026.

My maximum expenditure is £1400 per month with only two other housemates at most (3 for the right place). I prefer a female household or at least predominantly female.

I’m pretty laid back and friendly. I’m sociable but not in your face about it. I enjoy a bottle of red wine every now and then (not by myself, though!) and a good Netflix show. I’m not into partying- at least not in the house! I work at Apple, so I’ll be working in Battersea Power Station Tuesday to Thursday, but like to unwind on the weekends. I also run a private members club for women into the arts as a side hustle, so most weekends I will be out either at an event I am hosting or networking at galleries, exhibitions etc.
