Looking for a room/en-suite near Cathedral square

Hey there!

Making the move up North from London, at the end of the month/beginning of the new year, to take up a new job near Cathedral square. Preferably looking for a place within walking distance (20mins tops) of this area.

A double bed w/en-suite would be preferred but can compromise. A parking spot would also be a bonus. If you have a cat, that would totally be a bonus as well (haha don?t worry; I?d try my best to not make it fat).

I?ll probably be a slight workaholic for the first couple of months while adjusting to the new role, so an 8 to 6pm work routine, with visits to the gym at least 3 days a week; also heading back down to London for one weekend a month.

I?m a laid back, sociable, open minded & positive individual. Would be up for the occasional outing on the weekend, whether it be a bar, cinema, comedy show etc. I?m all for self-improvement and well-being, so always respectful of others.

In terms of living, I would be looking to cook fresh every second day at least, and I do have a slight OCD with cleanliness so would always clean up right after myself when cooking/in a communal area etc.
